Arena Location

With the Fergus Falls High School relocating to the new Kennedy Secondary School, School District 544 is donating land from the current/Roosevelt School site to the project as well the use of a chiller for cooling ice. (The current arena is on the SE part of town and owned by the County Fair Board).

The new location will be in closer proximity to its main user group - students. High school students are currently driving across town for practices and games. The new location also will allow physical education classes to use the facility more often. It will be in close proximity to Cleveland School (grades 3-5), Roosevelt Park and amenities such as the skateboard park, sliding hills, basketball and tennis courts and the new Kennedy Secondary School.
